Finger Vase, stoneware, 11” tall x 6” x 5.5”, 2021
A thrown, altered, and decorated vase made with a speckled stoneware satin glaze in tan and white. Made in spring 2021 when I first moved in to my new studio, this series is inspired by ancient Jomon Pottery and the work of George Ohr.
