100 Ounce Travel Mug, porcelain and epoxy, 8 x 6.25 x 12 inches tall, 2013

Slip-cast porcelain copy of a large plastic travel mug, this piece has a shiny pink and red glaze. NOTE: The straw and cap was broken and glued back together with clear epoxy. The break was clean and the glue repair is basically imperceptible. (see picture with yellow arrow.) As one of my advisors liked to joke, “Epoxy is one of my mediums.”
